Draw the cis and Trans isomers of 2-butene.?

The double bond stops free rotation of the groups attached to it.
Both have the same molecular formula and would have the same name, but they have a different geometry due to to the double bond. The methyl groups on the cis are both pointing in the same direction (in this case down) as are the H atoms. In the trans the methyl groups are on opposing sides (they are fixed in this position)
