The house of my dreams will be in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Pennsylvania. I prefer at least 2 bathrooms and a 3 or 4 bedroom home as i would like to practice my profession in massage therapy at home as well. The main floor will be an open concept with a living room, dining room, kitchen and den. I would prefer that one of the smaller bedroomers are located downstairs so that if I do offer massages from my home to clients, they do not have to walk all through my home. My backyard to be big is a must. I am very much into the outdoors so i must have plenty of room for entertaining or just a place to sit down and unwind anytime during the day. The design of my home will be modern with a country twist. I love neutral colors, tans, beige, olive greens. I choose pennsylvania because i have come to find that you can get a lot more for your money in pennsylvania than in new jersey. I have actually been to a few open houses recently and i can get everything i have described that i want in a house for less than $200,000.
