Download the document below to read “The Coors Test” case (be sure to click the view/complete assignment link). Your answers must be based on ethical principles/issues contained in your textbook. You must refer to and cite ethical principles/issues in your textbook to support/justify your answers. You must number each course related ethical principles/issues for each case study question. Remember each case study question within each case study assignment must have three numbered and cited ethical principles/issues. You must demonstrate your understanding of the course related ethical principles/issues in your textbook by applying these ethical principles/issues to the case study assignments. Simply providing your opinion is not sufficient and will result in no points. After you have read the case, please answer the following questions:
- Would Coors have been justified in using a polygraph and in asking the questions alleged in the notarized affidavits? Explain your answer fully in terms of the ethical principles involved.
- In your judgment, was Coors justified in using the three kinds of tests that it implemented in 1986? Are drug tests justified for job applicants? Is random drug testing or mass drug testing of a company’s employees justified? Explain your answers fully.
