How does the structure of proteins differ from the structure of carbohydrates?

consist of glucose units that attached to each other with different ways or types (like α(1→4) glycosidic bonds (Glycogen) or α(1→6) glycosidic bonds ) but consist of amino acids that attached to each other with peptide bond.
This is the structure of a basic glucose molecule. But in the picture below, you can see the attachment of the glucose units and different types of carbohydrates.
However, proteins are much more different from the carbohydrates structurally. Here’s the amino acids and the peptide bond:
