Final Examination 

Introduction:  

Over the course of this semester, we have spent a considerable amount of examining the “originalist” theory of constitutional interpretation versus the more flexible “the constitution is an evolving document” approach.

Look at the current make-up of the court and describe the dichotomy between the two points of view and how those conflicting views will manifest themselves in key court decisions in the future.

A complete answer should take the form of a six (6) to eight (8) page paper, not including the Cover Page or Works Cited page. 

All the reading from the class is attached plus you may also undertake as much research as necessary in order to answer the question completely and thoroughly.
