Present a Hiring Process Analysis
Review the 10 hiring mistakes proposed by Taylor and Stern (2009). Using the drawing and diagram tools in PowerPoint, create a simple flowchart for the proposed hiring process for a business. Include steps pertaining to identification of need, development of job descriptions, recruiting of candidates, interview and assessment of candidates, candidate selection, onboarding, and initial training at a minimum. Then, place the numbers 1-10 on the hiring process steps within the flowchart where you believe each of the 10 mistakes proposed by Taylor and Stern (2009) are most likely to occur. Each of the numbers 1-10 must appear at least once in your flowchart.Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.Support your presentation with at least three scholarly resources.
