PROPOSED SOLUTION
The President of the company has asked you to present your primary and alternative solutions to other executives in the organization. The President of the company indicates that in the past, the executives have not been given options and asks that the alternative solution be used as a stepping stone to indicate why the main proposed solution aligns with the needs of the organization. The other executives in the organization will include members from the marketing, finance, accounting, and legal departments. The executives in the organization have varied technology backgrounds.Create a PowerPoint presentation for the executives that includes the following:Define the problem in measureable terms being sure to distinguish between symptoms and cause (the problem).Explain how the problem is causing an organizational inefficiency.Include a historical background of why the problem exists.Define, break down, and outline the primary solution.Define the alternative solution and explain why the alternative solution was not selected.Explain the legal, ethical and financial implications for the proposed solution.Weigh the drawbacks to the proposed solution.Support how the primary solution benefits and why the primary is the best solution for the organization based on legal and ethical considerations, costs, and overall fit for the organization. Provide specific examples to detail your presentation.Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
